For a long time I didn't think I knew what my feelings were or how to recognise them, it took practice and raising my awareness of what they were. Some feelings are easier to spot than others.

In this episode I'll be sharing why our feelings don't have to dictate the actions we take and how to recognise they're there and why, then what to do with them.

Feelings are a great source of information, they alert us to our thinking and when we can identify what that is, we can begin to make the change in stopping drinking.
