Kathryn stopped binge eating for good in 2005 and has been on a mission ever since to help others with this challenge.
After writing the hugely successful ‘Brain Over Binge: Why I Was Bulimic, Why Conventional Therapy Didn’t Work’ in 2011, Kathryn then published ‘How I Recovered for Good’ in 2012.
Kathryn's books and podcast have been able to help people across the globe recover from eating disorders through an understanding that you have a brain based habit and it’s totally fixable.
